01Special Requirements

1. 1Male/Female, age 18 – 27 years
2. 2Normal color vision (total/partial), glasses/contact lenses allowed
3. 3No tattoos
4. 4No piercings
5. 5Motivated and willing to learn Japanese at LPK

02Administrative Requirements

• Copy of ID (KTP), Family Card (KK), Birth Certificate
• Diplomas and Transcripts from Elementary to last education level
• Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK)
• Yellow Card (AK1) from local Disnaker office
• Parental/Guardian Permission Letter (LPK format, stamped)
• Passport photos 4x6 & 3x4, 3 copies each / Soft file
