INSTRUCTOR RULES
LPK. AISHIRO GAKUEN
- Instructors must arrive 10 minutes before the teaching and learning activities begin.
- Instructors must adhere to the teaching code of ethics and the regulations applicable at the LPK.
- Instructors shall prepare the necessary learning materials to ensure the smooth flow of the Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM).
- Instructors are responsible for creating and preparing Lesson Plans (RPP), syllabi, and the learning curriculum.
- Instructors must maintain and take care of office facilities, equipment, and the surrounding office area.
- If an instructor is absent or needs to change the schedule, it must be coordinated with the administration department.
- Instructors must dress neatly and professionally in accordance with LPK regulations.
- Any ideas, input, criticism, or suggestions regarding LPK policies should be coordinated with the management.
- Instructors must be available if students wish to consult on the material even after the class session has ended.
- Instructors should act as motivators for both themselves and the students.
- Other provisions will be communicated verbally.
