STUDENT RULES
LPK. AISHIRO GAKUEN
- Students must arrive 15 minutes before the teaching and learning activities begin.
- Students must comply with all applicable regulations.
- Students must maintain and take care of the building facilities, classroom equipment, and the area surrounding the training center.
- Students must maintain order and cleanliness around the training center.
- Eating and drinking are not allowed inside the classroom.
- Smoking is prohibited in the classroom and the surrounding areas.
- Students must collect/submit their mobile phones/smartphones during class sessions.
- Students must participate in all training activities in an orderly manner according to the established schedule.
- Students who cannot attend training due to illness must notify the instructor.
- Students are not allowed to leave the training center without the instructor's permission.
- Students must report any problems or issues to the instructor.
- Possession of sharp weapons, drugs, and alcoholic beverages within the training center area is strictly prohibited.
- Immoral acts within the training center area are strictly prohibited.
- Students are requested not to bring vehicles/motorcycles. LPK. Aishiro Gakuen is not responsible for any loss or damage if a vehicle is brought.
- Students must bring their own toiletries, cutlery, prayer equipment, and study materials. (Will be checked by the respective sensei).
- Students must wear the designated uniform: • Monday: White shirt, black trousers, and tie • Tuesday: Sportswear and black trousers • Wednesday: White shirt, black trousers, and tie • Thursday: Casual clothes and black trousers • Friday: White shirt, black trousers, and tie • Saturday: Sports uniform
- Female students are requested not to wear excessive jewelry except for earrings and rings, and to avoid excessive makeup.
- Students must prioritize the culture of queuing during all activities (e.g., bathing, eating, etc.).
- Students are requested to increase their care for fellow friends and the environment.
- Students are expected to cooperate, socialize, and help each other. Individualistic lifestyles are not permitted.
- LPK. AISHIRO GAKUEN reserves the right to unilaterally dismiss or dishonorably discharge participants who violate the established rules (disciplinary action).
- Other provisions will be communicated verbally.
